Role Overview
We are looking for a CRM Executive with 3–4 years of experience who can manage customer relationships, handle queries, and ensure smooth communication. The role requires good coordination skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and messages
* Maintain and update customer data in CRM system
* Ensure timely follow-ups and proper communication
* Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams
* Track customer feedback and help improve service quality
* Support retention and reduce customer churn
Requirements
* 3–4 years of experience in CRM or customer support roles
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
