Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India for a Customer Relationship Management Executive. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, managing customer communications, identifying and addressing customer needs, optimizing customer experience, and coordinating with sales teams for account management. The individual will also focus on customer retention, ensuring satisfaction, and resolving issues promptly to build long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate customer data, identify patterns, and create actionable insights
• Proven ability to drive Customer Retention and enhance long-term loyalty
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal teams
• Experience in improving Customer Experience and meeting client expectations
• Knowledge of Power Point/Excel/Word.
• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and tools
