We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented CRM Executive with hands-on experience in Odoo CRM to manage our sales data, customer relationships, and lead tracking processes.

• Manage and maintain customer database in Odoo CRM
• Track leads, inquiries, and sales pipeline
• Ensure proper lead allocation and follow-up monitoring
• Generate daily, weekly & monthly CRM reports
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams
• Maintain accurate data and MIS reporting
• Improve CRM processes for better efficiency
  

• 13 years of CRM experience
• Hands-on experience in Odoo CRM (Mandatory)
• Strong Excel & reporting skills
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Experience in B2B / industrial / lubricant industry (Preferred)
