Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage client relationships and ensure a smooth post-sales experience for customers. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer communication, coordinating documentation and payments, and maintaining customer records while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers after booking to maintain strong relationships.
- Coordinate with customers regarding agreements, payment schedules, and required documentation.
- Maintain and update customer records, databases, and CRM systems accurately.
- Act as a bridge between the sales team and customers to ensure smooth communication.
- Share project updates, demand letters, and possession-related information with customers.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in ensuring timely collections and documentation completion from customers.
Requirements
- Education:Graduate in any stream.
- Experience:13 years of experience in Real Estate CRM preferred.
- Communication Skills:Good verbal and written communication in Hindi and English.
- Technical Skills:Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
