Gracelands is one of Indore's fastest-growing real estate developers, focused on premium plotted townships across high-growth corridors like the IndoreUjjain Highway. With a strong sales performance and upcoming projects, we are expanding our customer experience and CRM team.

Role Overview

We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage, nurture, and convert digital leads coming from our website, social media campaigns, and advertising platforms.

This is a customer-facing, communication-heavy role for someone who is organized, persuasive, and passionate about helping customers find the right residential plot.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and follow up on inbound digital leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Understand customer requirements and explain project details (plot sizes, pricing, location advantages, amenities, etc.).
  • Schedule site visits for the sales team and ensure customers receive a seamless experience.
  • Maintain accurate lead data, follow-ups, and status updates using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead quality feedback.
  • Ensure high responsiveness, and same-day follow-ups for all new leads.
  • Build strong customer relationships and increase site-visit conversions.
  • Support documentation and booking formalities when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 14 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, CRM, or customer service (real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Pleasant phone presence and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to understand project details and explain clearly to customers.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software, Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.

Preferred Qualities

  • Experience handling real-estate leads (plotted development experience is a plus).
  • Ability to follow structured follow-up processes and maintain call discipline.
  • High ownership mindset and ability to manage a lead pipeline independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
