Customer Relationship Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, ensure customer satisfaction, and build long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting customer retention initiatives.
Experience: 0-3 Years
Qualification: BTech (Electronics)
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person communication.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and follow-ups in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, operations, Production) to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update records regularly.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management to improve services.
- Track customer interactions and prepare periodic reports on customer satisfaction and issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree with discipline (BSc Electronics), Btech (freshers can also apply).
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service, customer relations, or support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer centric mindset with positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
