We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Client Relationship Executive to handle calls, emails, appointment scheduling, and client coordination for our career guidance services. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to optimize workflows to ensure a smooth experience for both clients and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Call & Email Handling: Manage incoming inquiries, call/follow up with leads/existing clients, and provide all the details.

✔ Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and organize career guidance sessions, ensuring a smooth booking process.

✔ Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for students, professionals, and parents, ensuring excellent service.

✔ Calendar & Workflow Management: Maintain a structured schedule for the career guidance team.

✔ System Optimization: Improve efficiency by streamlining booking, email handling, and follow-ups.

✔ Basic Admin Tasks: Maintain client records in Excel, organize feedback, and track session history.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English & Hindi preferred).

✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

✔ Experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative roles is a plus.

✔ Comfortable using Google Calendar, Email, CRM tools, and basic Excel/Spreadsheets.

✔ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
