Job Description

Uniservice is a growing, tech-driven facility management company. We're looking for a young and dynamic professional who is eager to grow, take ownership, and work closely with our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients, residents, and visitors.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls.

  • Keep the front office clean and organized.

  • Coordinate with the Maintenance Team on resident complaints.

  • Track staff attendance and prepare daily reports.

  • Update HR on new joiners and exits.

  • Arrange staff ID cards, uniforms, and other onboarding needs.

  • Maintain visitor logs, courier records, and vendor details.

  • Handle petty cash and prepare expense statements.

  • Share daily updates with management.

  • Assist with amenity bookings and update BESCOM (electricity) billing details.

  • Support general documentation and administrative work.

Requirements

Education - PUC/Any Graduation
Experience - 2-4 years
Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi & Kannada.
Computer Skills - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
