Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Coimbatore for a Customer Relationship Executive specializing in Real Estate. The role entails managing and enhancing client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and addressing client queries effectively. The executive will also facilitate new business relationships, serve as the primary point of contact for clients, and work collaboratively with the team to meet business objectives. Proactively understanding customer needs and providing solutions will be a core part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong in APF and Post sales activities
• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Prior experience in real estate or related fields is preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Ability to work onsite in Coimbatore and build meaningful customer relationships
