A leading organization in the Food Processing & Agribusiness sector focused on premium rice production, packaging and domestic & international trade. We serve institutional and retail channels across India and export markets, delivering consistent quality and timely fulfilment.
We are hiring an on-site Customer Relationship Executive based in India to manage customer lifecycle, ensure order accuracy, and drive high retention and satisfaction for commercial accounts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for assigned customersmanage order intake, confirmations, delivery coordination, and post-delivery follow-up.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs in CRM; update order status and shipment details in ERP systems.
- Resolve customer queries and escalations promptly by coordinating with Operations, Logistics, and Billing teams.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; support Sales in account growth and renewal discussions.
- Prepare and share regular account reports, sales forecasts, and customer feedback to drive service improvements.
- Ensure compliance with export & invoicing documentation for international shipments where applicable.
