Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for a Customer Relationship Executive. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing service inquiries, and fostering strong business relationships. The role requires effective communication to deliver an exceptional customer experience, develop client networks, and support business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proven ability in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and ensuring client needs are met effectively.
  • Experience in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations to strengthen professional connections.
  • Strong Communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders and addressing client queries.
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution and providing innovative solutions for building customer loyalty.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Prior experience in customer relationship roles; experience in the luxury or lifestyle industry is an advantage.
