Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Relationship Executive based in Jaipur, India. The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, work to maintain long-term client partnerships, and proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience. This position also requires providing product information, assisting with custom requests, and ensuring seamless communication with new and existing clients.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Client Relations expertise to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Proven experience in Customer Service and Business Relationship Management for a client-focused approach.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to manage customer inquiries effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of client concerns.
• Proficiency in computer applications and CRM tools is a plus.
• Experience in the jewelry or retail industry is an advantage, but not required.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus for managing diverse clientele.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
