What we expect from you: We are seeking a personable and knowledgeable Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at our Apple Service Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries and providing exceptional support regarding Apple products and services to walk-in customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of Apple products, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Job Responsibilities :

  • Front-end executive to handles the daily walk-in customer supporting them with resolution for the issue.
  • CREs should have very good communication and Presentability.
  • Empathy, Escalation handling skills, business conversion, technical
  • Knowledge on Apple products.
  • Requires the ability to handle Customer Relationship Management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a retail or service center environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Apple products and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
