Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in client relationship management, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing exceptional service, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

We are seeking candidates with mandatory experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Assist clients in navigating the company's products and services, providing support as needed.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance client engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client queries and issues.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing product features and benefits.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client databases regularly.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in client relationship management or sales roles, preferably in the financial services, banking, or insurance sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve client relationships and service delivery.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
• Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences in the Indian context.
