Role Overview
As a Customer Relationship Executive at Bluorng, you will be responsible for managing direct customer communication and ensuring their queries, concerns, and post-purchase needs are addressed clearly and efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries related to orders, deliveries, sizing guidance, exchanges, and product details
- Provide accurate information regarding order status, shipment tracking, and timelines
- Assist customers in selecting the correct size or product based on available information and brand guidelines
- Manage issue resolution, including delays, damaged products, incorrect orders, or return requests
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and store teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions
- Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when required
- Ensure communication remains clear, professional, and solution-focused
- Support customer feedback tracking to help improve service processes
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, client servicing, or support roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
- Basic understanding of order management and delivery processes
- Comfortable working with customer support tools, spreadsheets, or CRM systems
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- Understanding of fashion retail or e-commerce customer expectations is an advantage
