Role Description:
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative who excels at meeting customers expectations, from answering questions about our courses to convincing them to enroll in our Aesthetic courses.
Note: Candidates from the Aesthetic/Wellness/ Educational Institutes will be preferred for the role.
Responsibilities:
Managing Inbound and Outbound calls.
Building good relationships with the customers.
Resolving complaints and following up on queries.
Meeting sales objectives.
Following procedures and policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Experience in customer service (Minimum 6 months), from the Wellness/Aesthetic Industry / Institute/Educational background.
Strong telephone etiquette.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Excel.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
