Role Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Customer Relationship Manager (CRM – Sales) to join our growing uniform manufacturing and supply business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leads through CRM tools, engaging potential clients across India, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships.

This role requires strong communication skills, proactive outreach, and the ability to understand client requirements across industries such as corporate, healthcare, hospitality, education, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track leads using CRM software
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective clients
  • Identify new business opportunities across Pan India markets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable uniform solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, logistics) to ensure timely delivery
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and reporting
  • Handle client negotiations and close deals effectively

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field
  • 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., TeleCRM, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
  • Ability to manage clients across different regions in India
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
