PFEC Global is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our Kolkata team.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partners, and business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Data collection during competitive tests like IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and SAT.
- Outdoor Visit: Conduct offline activities near schools and colleges to generate new business opportunities.
- Rapport with Educational Institutions: Visiting and cold-calling schools and colleges and generating appointments for senior managers to strengthen collaboration with respective institutes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and business development activities.
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the educational consultancy industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite, and CRM software.
