Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dibrugarh East, for a Customer Relations Manager. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing client communication, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, and providing support to enhance customer retention and loyalty. Additionally, the role requires tracking client feedback, delivering reports, and supporting the implementation of client-focused strategies.
Qualifications
