Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Trivandrum for a Customer Relations Manager. The responsibilities of the Customer Relations Manager will include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing client portfolios, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves identifying opportunities to enhance client service experiences, providing financial product guidance, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management, client portfolio management, and understanding of financial planning principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience in the financial planning or wealth management industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Certification as a financial planner or equivalent qualifications are a plus.
