Role Description
This is a full-time role for Consumer Relations & Luxury Sales at Mookuthi. The role involves managing consumer relations, communicating with customers, providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and conducting training sessions. While the role is primarily located in Chennai, you will be required to also travel to meet them.

Qualifications
- Consumer Relations and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills
- A bit of Sales experience is a plus! (but we dont sell, we only show them how to fall in love with our work.)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of luxury sales and jewelry industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion or related field
