Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive located in Gurugram. The Customer Relations executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also oversee client communications, handle escalations, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
