Job Description

Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the FMCG or Ecommerce industry.
  • Knowledge of SAP and CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Experience with data visualization and Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Qualification & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
