Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service and Sales Representative based in Kochi, with the flexibility to work from home for some tasks. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for operational expansion and client management in India

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer management
  • Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven sales and management track record
  • Expeince in food industry sales
