Role Purpose:
This role is responsible for managing the company's customer funnel through growth initiatives on owned channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies / plans for customer acquisition, activation, retention, up-sell / cross sell and value maximization.
Key Accountabilities:
- Be the custodian for customer growth through owned channels such as Push Notifications, Emails, SMS, What's App, In-App nudges, etc
- Find and address issues in the marketing funnel to prevent and reduce customer churn
- Find opportunities to to rapidly grow customer acquisition
- Develop and oversee the implementation of funnel campaigns optimized to solve for customer growth across different life stages
- Build, own and be accountable for the entire customer journey funnels
- Working cross-functionally with the product, design, business and brand marketing teams to design and implement data-driven growth initiatives
- Develop a strong understanding of customer cohorts and their unique behavior backed by data science and analysis
- Constantly experiment to unlock higher value and reduce uncertainty in execution
- Optimize for speed and efficiency
- Build strong reporting frameworks and performance tracking mechanisms
- Compile performance reports to brief executive leadership on marketing initiatives and product performance and provide recommendations on improvement strategies
- Own and deliver on monthly customer KPIs such as acquisition, churn reduction, activation and revenue
Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience:
- 5-7 years relevant experience in driving customer funnel initiatives
- Proven track record of successful growth campaigns
- Expertise with CRM tools such as CleverTap, Zendesk, MoEngage, Hubspot etc
- Expertise with analytical tools for marketers such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, etc
- Being comfortable with working in a dynamic and diverse work environment
- Highly analytical thinking and ability to analyze and interpret wide variety of data
- Ownership and self-driven mindset
Must have Technical / Professional Qualification:
- MBA from a top tier Institute
- Certifications for relevant tools, a plus
