Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Associate who will be the voice of Saphed on calls. The role combines sales, service, and customer experience, from converting abandoned checkouts to engaging VIP clients. You'll play a key role in strengthening customer loyalty and driving repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers with abandoned checkouts and support them in completing purchases.
- Conduct post-sales feedback calls to capture insights and improve experience.
- Service VIP and high-value clients with personalized attention.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to achieve conversion and retention goals.
- Track and share customer insights with the leadership team.
- Maintain detailed call records and follow-ups in our systems.
What We're Looking For
- 24 years of experience in sales or customer service within a D2C/e-commerce or clothing brand.
- Strong understanding of online consumer behavior and the sales funnel.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills on calls.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to handle VIP service.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Shopify, and order management systems is a plus.
