Must Have's

  • 02 years of experience working directly with customers (in payroll, HR Tech, or SaaS companies).
  • Basic understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and operations.
  • Ability to manage customer issues and keep them satisfied.

Your Day

  • Be the main point of contact for clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Help new clients with onboarding, training, and support.
  • Handle payroll and compliance-related tasks accurately.
  • Keep track of client accounts to spot risks or new opportunities.
  • Work with product and technical teams to solve client questions.
  • Share client feedback to improve products and services.
  • Prepare and share reports on client performance and satisfaction.
