Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a domestic/international contact centre or service setup
  • Provide customer support specific to general insurance
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Work in rotational shifts including weekends
  • Maintain service quality as per company standards
  • Support captive contact centre processes

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (Bachelor's Degree minimum required)

Experience:

  • Overall 3+ years in domestic/international contact centre/service setup
  • Minimum 1 year in general insurance customer support inbound calls
  • 1+ year in captive inbound call experience
  • 1+ year in outbound calling experience
