Handling instructions from customers within stipulated TAT and help them migrate to digital platforms. Ensure all queries are handled carefully.
Actively participate in Branch operations and sales equally to ensure Branch sales target are met.
Cross selling & Up-selling of banking and third party products at Welcome desk to help with lead generation to the branch.
Managing assigned portfolio of min 50 customer while ensuring growth in revenue.
Database Calling to customers per day while ensuring maximum knowledge sharing and understanding/recording the grievances with goal of providing solution.
Ensuring compliance of Banking norms for all day-to-day activities and transaction as per the bank laid process.
