Job Description

Ghrs Training is looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage our International Voice Customer Support team. If should have a proven track record in leadership and extensive experience in international voice operations, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer support professionals in an International Voice environment.
  • Oversee daily team performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and service level agreements.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and complex queries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Implement strategies to improve team productivity, efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

About You:

  • Should have 7+ years of overall experience in customer support.
  • Should have a minimum of 2 years of Team Lead experience on papers.
  • Should have experience in International Voice processes only.
  • Should possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
