Your Day-to-Day
Orders & Revenue
- Call customers to confirm orders, verify addresses, and coordinate deliveries — directly reducing failed deliveries
- Recover abandoned carts through outbound calls — this is where you make a measurable difference
- Handle inbound calls on order status, delivery updates, and returns
Problem Solving
- Own customer issues end-to-end — follow up until resolved, don't just log and forget
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to fix problems at the source
- Spot patterns — if a pin code keeps failing or a product keeps getting returned, flag it. We act on these insights.
Systems & Data
- Log every call outcome and customer detail accurately in our CRM
- You'll use tools like Shiprocket, internal dashboards, and spreadsheets daily
What We Need
Must-Have
- 12th pass minimum (Graduates preferred)
- 0–2 years in customer support, telecalling, or any customer-facing role — freshers with strong communication are welcome
- Fluent Hindi + conversational English
- Comfortable using a computer, CRM tools, and basic spreadsheets
- Available to work from our NSP, Delhi office (Mon–Sat)
Preferred
- Previous experience in eCommerce or D2C — order confirmation calls, delivery coordination, cart recovery
- Familiarity with Shiprocket, Freshdesk, or similar tools
- Someone who stays organized when handling multiple follow-ups in a day
