Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Experience Auditor based in Jodhpur. The Customer Experience Auditor will be responsible for evaluating customer interactions, analyzing customer feedback, and monitoring service standards to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include conducting audits of customer service processes, preparing detailed reports, recommending improvements, and collaborating with team members to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of customer service standards, customer satisfaction evaluation, and process audits
- Analytical skills for interpreting customer feedback and identifying trends
- Report writing, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and interact with clients professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and data analysis software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in customer experience auditing is an advantage
