Job Description

Freshly is a fast-growing quick-delivery platform focused on genuinely fresh, high-quality food fruits, vegetables, freshly milled atta, dairy, and more. As we grow, we are looking for customer-focused individuals who can help us build a strong and thoughtful customer experience.

We are currently hiring for:

Customer Engagement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert new leads into active customers
  • Call customers to introduce Freshly and explain the offering
  • Work on customer retention and churn management
  • Re-engage inactive customers and strengthen relationships
  • Conduct customer interviews to gather insights and feedback
  • Share customer insights with the team to improve the product and experience

Qualifications:

  • Graduate (any stream)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Telecalling, or similar roles
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Comfortable handling customer conversations on WhatsApp and phone calls
  • Customer-first mindset with patience and problem-solving ability
