Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Customer Coordinator to join our on-site team in Ahmedabad. The Customer Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer concerns. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address inquiries effectively and maintain positive client relationships
  • Proven abilities in Communication and ensuring Customer Satisfaction through active listening and timely responses
  • Analytical Skills to assess customer needs, solve problems, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Proficiency in basic technology tools for data management and communication
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
