Conduct KYC, CDD, and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) checks during customer onboarding and periodic reviews . Verify customer identity, ownership structure, and business activities . Assess and document customer risk profiles in line with regulatory and internal guidelines Compliance Monitoring & Reviews. Perform ongoing monitoring of customer accounts and transactions for compliance risks . Identify red flags related to AML, sanctions, fraud, or regulatory breaches . Review and approve customer documentation and compliance exceptions Regulatory & Policy Adherence. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, sanctions, data privacy, industry-specific laws) . Stay updated on changes in compliance regulations impacting customer processes . Support audits, regulatory inspections, and internal compliance reviews Reporting & Escalation. Investigate and escalate suspicious activities, high-risk customers, or non-compliance issues . Prepare compliance reports, risk assessments, and documentation for management and regulators . Maintain accurate records and audit trails Stakeholder Coordination. Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Legal, Risk, Sales, and IT . Support business teams by providing compliance guidance on customer matters . Assist in training staff on customer compliance and regulatory requirements
