Job Description

Company: BrightCHAMPS

Location: Work From Office (HSR Layout, Bangalore)

Internship Duration: 3 Months / 6 Months

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday working with rotational week off)

To achieve this vision, we're looking for a talented Motion & Graphic Designer to bring our stories to life through compelling visuals and animations. Your designs will play a key role in showcasing how BrightCHAMPS empowers young minds, making learning exciting and accessible. If you're passionate about visual storytelling and want to create an impact, we'd love to have you on board!

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
  • Provide accurate information regarding classes, schedules, and services.
  • Maintain proper call records and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience through clear communication and empathy.
  • Follow communication scripts, quality standards, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
  • Willingness to work on weekends with rotational week offs.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
