Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Meerut for a Customer Care Representative. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting customer satisfaction. The representative will engage with customers via various communication channels, provide support, and assist in ensuring a positive customer experience throughout all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to manage interactions professionally and empathetically
- Problem-solving skills and active listening capabilities
- Prior experience in a customer service or support role is preferred
- Proficiency in using communication and customer management platforms is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are advantageous
