Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Care Representative. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer communication via various channels, offering support, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The representative will act as a primary point of contact, ensuring that all customers have a seamless and positive experience.

Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
- Proven expertise in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication skills, including listening and empathy, to effectively resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Ability to remain patient, professional, and solution-oriented in a customer-focused role.
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus.
- Knowledge of educational resources or services is advantageous.
