We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service and promote this idea throughout the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth.
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
- Develop service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.
- Adhere to and manage the approved budget.
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
Mandatory Skill for Candidate:
- Proficiency in English & Hindi.
- Proven working experience as a customer service executive.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, databases, and MS tools.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Customer service orientation.
- Minimum Graduate
