Responsibilities

Attend inbound/outbound customer calls.

Resolve customer queries and concerns

Provide accurate information and support.

Maintain call records and follow-up when required.

Requirements

Good communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Customer Service Experience Is Preferred But Not Mandatory.

Shift: Day Shift

Week Off: Rotational

Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA (based on experience and interview performance).
