Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive - Tamil, based in Indore. The responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering quality service through effective communication. The role may also involve providing product or service information and recommending solutions to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Communication skills, with fluency in Tamil and basic proficiency in English or Hindi
  • Basic understanding or experience in Sales and recommending solutions to customers
  • Problem-solving and active listening skills
  • Adaptability and ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are advantageous
