Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Care Executive role based in Lucknow. The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves receiving and processing customer requests related to water purification services such as RO installation, repair, and maintenance. Candidates will be expected to maintain clear communication with clients and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
  • Basic knowledge of Sales and customer interaction techniques
  • Empathy, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to remain patient with clients
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
  • Experience in the water purification industry is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members in an on-site setting
