Job Description:As a Customer Care Executive for a Referral Management process in Mumbai, your responsibilities will include:

  • Referral Coordination:Managing and coordinating patient referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers.
  • Appointment Management:Scheduling appointments with specialists and ensuring timely coordination between patients and healthcare providers.

Job Requirements:To excel in the role of a Referral Management coordinator or Customer Care Executive working in the referral management process in Mumbai, you should have the following:

  • Experience:At least 1 year of non-clinical experience, or freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent verbal communication skills, with a proficiency ofVersant 5 or abovein international communication.
  • Organizational Skills:Strong ability to manage appointments, referrals, and information transfer with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
