Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Customer Care Executive. The responsibilities include providing excellent customer support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also entails maintaining effective communication, assisting customers with their needs, and identifying opportunities to promote additional services or products to drive sales.

Qualifications

  • any Graduation
  • Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic knowledge of Sales, with competency in identifying and promoting value-added services
  • A customer-oriented approach with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a customer-facing environment is preferred
  • Educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or sales will be advantageous
