Job Description

Customer Care & Business Development Executive

Location: Maharashtra Region (M1)

Department: Customer Care

Experience: 12 years in sales, customer care, or business development (preferably in pharma Tooling or industrial equipment).

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Care & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the Maharashtra region.
  • Address customer queries promptly and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Business Development

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to increase market share in the M1 region.

Lead Generation & Enquiry Management

  • Proactively generate new enquiries through calls, emails, and field visits.
  • Maintain and update the client database for effective follow-up.

Sales Growth

  • Drive growth in the Maharashtra region by onboarding new clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Payment Follow-Up

  • Monitor pending payments and follow up with clients regularly.
  • Conduct personal visits if required to ensure timely collections.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on enquiries, sales, and collections.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Knowledge of Tooling industry preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Maharashtra (field work is mandatory).
