About the Role
We are looking for a smart, energetic Customer Care Executive to manage customer support, feedback collection, order tracking, and day-to-day operations for our growing e-commerce brand. This is a hands-on, full-day role ideal for someone who loves talking to customers and staying organised.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, email, phone & chat
Resolve order, payment, return & refund issues promptly
Make outbound calls to collect post-delivery customer feedback
Track and monitor daily order status & coordinate with logistics team
Process returns, exchanges, and refunds end-to-end
Respond to reviews and comments on social media & marketplaces
Prepare weekly customer feedback and CSAT reports
Update CRM with customer interactions, ticket notes & resolutions
Assist with basic data entry, admin tasks & internal coordination
Support WhatsApp broadcast campaigns & post-purchase follow-ups
Qualifications
Graduation in any stream (mandatory)
MBA / BBA preferred but not required
13 years of experience in customer service or e-commerce support
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
Skills Required
Excellent communication in Hindi & English (spoken + written)
Hands-on with MS Excel / Google Sheets
Basic Knowledge of e-commerce platforms Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
Organised, self-driven and able to handle high ticket volumes
Basic understanding of logistics and order management
