Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Verification:
- Assist clients with account opening and onboarding processes.
- Verify and ensure completeness of KYC documentation as per regulatory requirements.
Customer Interaction & Service:
- Handle client queries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide prompt, professional, and solution-oriented support.
Transaction Processing:
- Coordinate buying and selling of equities, derivatives, and other financial instruments.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of transactions.
Account Management:
- Maintain and update client records and account information.
- Monitor account activities and ensure data accuracy.
Operational Support & Coordination:
- Liaise with back-office teams for fund transfers, settlement queries, and trade confirmations.
- Resolve operational issues efficiently to ensure client satisfaction.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal control policies.
- Minimize operational risks through proper documentation and process compliance.
Market Communication & Reporting:
- Update clients on market trends, alerts, and regulatory changes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on client activity and transaction volumes.
