Job Description

We're looking for a Customer Support Executive for a 3-month contract to work from home. This is a great opportunity if you have at least 6 months of experience in customer support and are comfortable working in a rotational shift environment. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Provide high-quality customer support, addressing a wide range of inquiries and issues.
  • Availability: Be available for 24/7 rotational shifts and work 6 days a week with one rotational day off.
  • Technical Setup: You are required to have a personal laptop that meets the minimum specifications (i5 processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 10), along with a reliable WiFi connection and a USB headset.
  • Language Skills: Use your fluency in both English and Hindi to assist customers effectively.
