We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive who is fluent in Bengali to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Bengali-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Bengali-speaking clients through various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records of customer communications.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets set by the management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in Bengali and proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for customer service functions.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong empathy and active listening skills to understand customer needs.
