Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications
- Must have own laptop for work
Job Details
